Teacher Spotlight: Sara Melissa Aldana Pamplona
Born in Bogota, Colombia, Sara Aldana leads a diverse career as a conductor, violinist, and arts educator. Sara currently serves as the Assistant Conductor of the Reno Chamber Orchestra, Assistant Conductor of the Michigan Youth Symphony Orchestra, and additionally serves as cover and assistant conductor for a number of University of Michigan’s orchestral ensembles.

At Treeside Music Academy, we only work with musicians who are not just highly educated in music but are also inspiring, fun and all around great teachers. Each one of our teachers either has a degree in music or is currently working towards one. Most of them are actively performing musicians as well!
Our goal is to connect families with real musicians. Thus giving them access to a higher level of music education and an unmatchable experience. It has been wonderful working with these talented musicians and watching them inspire their students.
We are currently serving Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, Wines and more. We enjoy meeting the amazing families in Michigan and connecting them with a teacher who can help them fulfill their musical goals and bring music into their home.
